Can"t view VM over network

I Just migrated VM from Virtual PC to virtual server. (I hope that it will
perform better with less resources on my development WS).
When I used Virtual PC I can see the machine over network as part of Home
Workgroup but after I moved to VS I can't see it any more.
Also I can't get to internet from that machine.

The settings for TCP/IP - Obtain an IP address automatically since that is
requirement of my Internet provider. It worked on VPC.

The Local Area Connection in VM says that Network cable unplugged.
Any ideas?
