SBS2k3 Premium as a guest on Virtual Server 2005 R2

Message:

I have a Dell Server running under Windows 2003 R2. I was going to load
Virtual Server 2005 R2, and install Small Business Server 2003 (Premium) as
the guest OS. The host Windows 2003 is currently running as a stand alone
(Active Directory is not running) machine. Once installed, I would load CRM
3.0 (the SBS version) and maybe SQL 2005.

The Dell server is about 3 months old, with a single processor, 80 GB disk,
and 1 GB memory. This would be used for training/development only. I am
thinking of allocating 16 – 20 GB (dynamic) for the SBS virtual hard disk.

This is my first experience with all of these products. Do you see any
potential problems with this mix/configuration?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Jim
