I know that MS is about to release a SP for VS2005R2...
Will it resolve the following issue?

Every time the host is reboot,powered down etc, when it starts up
again, I get access denied when trying to connect to the Admin site
with my domain accounts.
If I connect using the local admin of the host (which works ok) and
then remove and add again the domain accounts on the Admin site, then
they work...

thing that I see is a part of the event viewer on the bottom and a message at
the top that I don't have access to this virtual server and I should choose
another.
Of course this site is a member of the Trusted Sites. I think that the whole
thing is a bug. Because the domain users do exist, it doesn't allow them to
connect and If I remove them and put them again, then it allows 'em...

yes, the host is joined to the domain, and this happened in the past on
a different machine as well...
I can see that another user had the same experience with me
(D.Maskov).
I was kin' of hoping this would be resolved with a service pack...

Ben, we have also seen this on multiple installation on very different
machine. In my experience, this behaviour is more a rule than an exception.
We have even opened a PSS incident, and the only solution they offered - can
you guess? - to enable Anonymous access :))

As I have never seen this issue - nor heard of it before - I would not
expect it to be solved in the service pack. You could always try
downloading the beta 1 release - and file a bug if it still happens.

Hi Ben,
the Host is a system with 8 Xeon CPUs and 8GB Ram, with Windows Datacenter
Edition, and except VServer it also contains an oracle installation, but
don't imagine that is full of data or that many users have access to
it...Actually it contains a few test DBs.
But I really don't think that is the problem. Perhaps Win Datacenter Edtn.
has anything to do with it?
