How to get to my virtual machine (newbie question)

Message:

Sorry if it sound silly, but I have installed virtual server 2005 on my
windows xp and I have sucessfully created a virtual machine (wich I assume it
created a virtual disk and virtual network itself) , now from VS IIS console
I can see my virtual machine ,I can turn it on and see that it is asking me
to put a boot media . my questions are:

1) How can I see the v-machine in full screen mood like when I remotely
connect to a server?

2) Isthere an image so I can restore on this v-machine which installs
win2003 for me?

3) I do have all files from my VMWare virtual machine ,can I use them here?

4) If I install an operating system on my v-machine ,how can I transfer
files between that my my computer? Is there a drag and drop feature (like
VMWare) there?

Thanks for your time
