Remote Control doesn"t work in browser

Message:

I can view with the VMRC client, but I can't view through the browser.
The Active X is loaded, and it is says "No Connection". When I click
on Remote Control/Connect to Server, it prompts for the address. I use
the same address:port that I use with the VMRC client - but it says "No
Connection".

Any suggestions?
