Trying to startup and Guest OS or use VSMT both yield the same err

I have uninstalled and reinstalled VS 2005 R2 with the same error.

I have a server with Dual Procs, 10GB available RAM, and 100GB available HD
space.

The VS I have setup (but won't start) is only asking for 512MB RAM and 8GB
of HD.

What is the deal? The host OS is Server 2003 w/SP1. It also has SQL 2000
on it.

Please does anyone have a clue?

1) Don't use /3GB
2) Uninstall or upgrade NeroInCD

These two are the cause of most problems like this.
