Installing VSRV 2005 R2 on Windows XP 64bit

I have the standard version of Virtual Server 2005 R2. I have Windows XP
64bit on my workstaton. When I try to install it it gives me an error about
installing a 32bit version on a 64bit OS.

When I purchased it from CDW there was no 64bit option only a stadard and a
enterprise version of Virtual Server 2005 R2.

Help Please??

PS it will install on a Windows XP 32bit fine.

My understanding is that both Standard and Enterprise Editions of VS
2005 R2 ship with both the 32 and 64 bit versions. Are you sure that
what you've got is actually R2? Can you do a dir *.* /s on the CD and
post the results?

That was my understanding as well. There are two files a setup.exe and a
..inf file.

When I run the setup.exe it pops up with the Virtual Server 2005 R2 dialog
box and a it has two choices......setup and release notes. The release notes
talk about having a 32bit and 64bit folder.....but I dont have that.

I guess I will contact CDW.
