VSMT/ADS problems

Source: microsoft.public.virtualserver

Message:

I am having two issues with trying to capture a computer.
1. When I run the <computername>_capture.cmd script I get an error dialog
stating that application failed to initialize properly but it runs anyway if
I click OK. If I stop the process, clean up ADS, and run it again, then I
don’t get the error.

2.After I run the <computername>_capture.cmd script, I capture a PXEBoot
floppy image, I reboot the virtual machine I am trying to migrate (I know I
am migrating a virtual machine to a virtual machine but it shouldn't matter),
it PXE boots and looks for a DHCP server and then I get this message "no
reply from a server".

I am running Windows Server 2003 SP1 (with all current updates) as the host
with the following components:
-I have DHCP installed/configured and it works and assigns IP addresses to
other machines.
-Virtual Server 2005 R2 trial.
-I installed ADS 1.1.
-I installed the VSMT that comes with ADS 1.1.

I have been going crazy trying to figure this out and any help would be
appreciated.
-Pete
