The service principal names for Virtual Server; Event ID 1130

Message:

Hello virtual folks,

I'm sure you know this problem...

In the Virtual Server's Event Log I can see the following warning
(1130) every time the server starts:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The service principal names for Virtual Server could not be registered.
Constrained delegation cannot be used until the SPNs have been
registered manually. Error 0x80072098 - Insufficient access rights to
perform the operation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My setup:

Host: SBS 2003 Premium EN
VS2005: R2 EE

There is a KB article describing how to add the SPNs manually:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;890893

After doing the steps according to the KB article, the warnings are
still there...

Don't know what to do...

Did somebody install the VS 2005 R2 onto a SBS machine and successfully
configured the constrained delegation?

FYI: the domain function level was raised to Windows Server 2003
(highest) before installing of the VS application.

Any ideas are welcome!
