Differencing Disks

Hi-

I want to create a W2k3 Server install on a dynamic disk, sysprep it, lock
it, and then use that to create differencing (child) disks from that.

Are there any risks to using this method do produce domain controllers,
Exchange servers, etc.?

If this is not the way to do this, what is a better method?

[The graphic in the TechNet Admin Guide shows a parent disk with W2k Server
and then children with W2k Pro. This is a bit confusing.]

Not as long as you make sure to Sysprep before locking the image
