When connected via RDP or VS web client, our W2K3 server guests freeze for
about 10 - 20 seconds every 1 - 5 minutes. The host server is a new stock
DL380 (2x2.8Xeon,2GB Mem,6x72GB HD) with standard SmartStart assisted
installation of W2K3 standard server. This seemed to occur more frequently
as more VS Guessts were added. There are four VS guests running with 600 MB
available memory.

I do not know - but I have heard rumors that some of the latest server
computers have it built in. You should check to see if there are any
"power management" utilities installed on the box.
