hi, we have had real problems migrating a physical server into a virtual
machine using VSMT after a relatively painless time migrationg 6 other
servers. Basically the server appeared to migrate fine but on restoring the
disk imaging into the virtual machine it would fail on the first partition
with "the network circuit was disconnected". After much debate and
fiddling/testing we solved the problem by deleting a 2GB and 5GB file on one
of the partitions. Prior to doing this the partition containing the files
only had ~2% free space remaining (9GB partition).

Does anyone know whether ADS/VS2005 has a max file size or a minimum free
space (partition) limitation??
