Virtual Machines can"t see VM"s on other Virtual Server

Hello,

I wonder if someone can help me, I have 2 physical virtual sevrer 2005
servers (running on Windows 2003 server sp2) which host 4 guests each
(windows 2003 server sp2). I have 2 virtual networks setup and these are
connected to the management and DMZ networks of the physical server.

My problem is that the VMs hosted on one of the physical servers can't see
the VMs which are hosted on the second physical server, and vice versa.
However this problem only occurs on the DMZ network, and only for VMs that
aren't located on the same physical server.

The VMs can ping the managment and any other DMZ address with no issues.
The physical virtual servers can ping all VM DMZ addresses with no problems.

I've tried rebooting both the physical and guest servers with no change.

Can anyone help me with this?

Marcus
