Just create a new guest in VS2005 and select the VHD disk file from
the existing VPC2007 guest.
Then start it up.

Or you can also copy the VHD file to another location and use the copy
in VS2005 if you are in doubt about how it will work.
Then later when you are satisfied you can delete the old VHD file (and
VMC too of course).

Just make sure that the VPC2007 guest is completely shut down when you
do this.
