Migrating domain controller from W2k to virtual server 2005 using VSMT

Message:

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate a Win2000 sp4 domain controller on a virtual server
2005 r2
To accomplish this I'm using ADS 1.1 + VSMT with Win2003 server R2
enterprise
When the migration seems to begin, rebooting win2k pc based (after DHCP
negotiation)
a status bar appears: "Requesting a bootable image from build server..."
then another message appears: "Windows could not start due to an error while
booting from a RAMDISK. Windows failed to build a bootable RAMDISK image.
Rebooting in 5 secs..."
Searching on the web, the problem seems due to lack of drivers in the folder
\Program Files\Microsoft ADS\NBS\Repository\User\PreSystem

So:
1) How can I understand which drivers I needs? (Where can I read a lists of
them?)
2) These drivers must be for the win2k pc's hardware or win2003 pc's
hardware?
3) These drivers must be "for win2k" or "for win2003 server"?

Logically seems to be "for win2003" 's drivers but related to win2k pc's
hardware....
I've tried to use NIC's driver + chipset driver but I obtain the same
problem....

Thanks to everyone could solve this problem: I'm trying to solve it since
20th April !!!!
