How to troubleshoot Hyper-V CPU capabilities?

Message:

My new Dell Vostro 200 with an Intel E2200 processor won't run Hyper-V. I
installed 64 bit Server 2008 Enterprise and tried to add the Hyper-V role
but I got the canned error message about DEP and XD. I verified from the
Intel website that the E2200 has all the necessary capabilities and checked
that XD is enabled in the bios, but it doesn't work. My question is how do
I get at the diagnostic information which will tell me specifically what the
Hyper-V installer doesn't like? Obviously a Vostro 200 is a entry-level
system but with 2gig of RAM and an E2200 it ought to work well enough for me
to use it for training purposes. I tried googling for answers and couldn't
find much.... Much appreciation if anybody can point me the right way!
