Hello,

I am relatively new to virtualization. I want to come up with a plan that
would allow me to virtualize the servers in my company. I want to be able to
have as many VMs on as few physical servers as possible. But obviously, I
want redundancy. I want to be able to protect against a failure in the
physical server that would take all the VMs offline. (Clustering??)

My question is, can someone point me in the direction as far as resources
and key terms that I need to learn in order to prepare for this. Basically,
if some unplugs a server, I want the VMs associated on that server to stay
up. So I know I will need some type of mirroring.
