Hi,

I have several Virtiual Machines installed, some locally and some on an
external USB drive.

I have an issue where, if the USB drive is not connected and I start virtual
server admin, then the VM instances are removed automatically and I have to
readd them next time.

Is there a way to change this default behaviour so that even if virtual
server cannot "see" the configured virtual machines (when the disc is
disconnected) - it does not remove it.

Thanks for the reply.

Not really an option. I keep different clients virtual machines on different
external disks. Plugging in whatever client I happen to be working on at the
time.

Keeping all clients on the local drive isnt an option as each client is huge.

Shame really, this setup worked fine in Vmware.
