Anyone else getting these messages? I have three VMs installed and all have
been working for about three or four days. Then, they just started producing
this error when I would start them up. I've tried removing/re-adding the
virtual network adapter, creating and using a new internal network (which
works but doesn't allow me access outside that network, of course), and
creating a completely new VM (which exhibits the same behavior).

One morning I got this error:

Virtual Server encountered an unexpected error, 0x00000003

So, I rebooted the server. From that point, all the VMs would report the
inability to initialize the emulated ethernet controller. This lasted for
most of the morning. I tried removing/reinstalling Virtual Server and
nothing seem to change. Then, later in the afternoon, they just started
working again(!).

Yesterday, they quit working again in the afternoon, giving me the same
errors.

Anyone have any experience with this or ideas?

Should have added:
1) I already tried the steps suggested to Eric -- remove the NICs, reboot,
let it find them, reinstall VS. No change.
2) These three VMs are set in a workgroup rather than on the domain, if that
may be a factor. We use these for testing and rebuild regularly so don't put
them on the domain. They were working in that manner previously.
