Does anybody know if there is a printable version of the Virtual Server 2005
Administrator's Guide? It is very annoying trying to read through the CHM or
the TechNet website.

No, but there's a really good book by Ben Armstrong, one of the PMs at MS -
"Professional Microsoft Virtual Server 2005". I found it very useful.
There's also a VS Resource Kit, but I haven't worked with it, so don't have
an opinion.
