networking issues

Hi
Kind of new to virtualisation, but I setup Virtual Server 2005 on a
windows 2003 SP2 server, then setup a virtual running windows 2000.
The virtual server is picking a correct IP (well, it's the same range
as other servers) but I am unable to ping (name or IP) the dhcp or any
other server on the domain apart from the host server. So from the VS,
i can ping the host server and vice-versa. I can ping the host server
from any other server and vice versa, but the virtual server is like
stuck on an internal network.
Anything I should look out for, I want the virtual server/s to be able
to see the domain and be accesible from the domain, since these
virtual servers are being setup to serve as disaster recovery
servers.

Many thanks
AFK
