Will there be an upgrade path from Windows Server 2003 with VM 2005 to
Windows Server 2008 with HyperV? If so, could you elaborate how it works and
what situations it would not?

FYI... we are currently running 1 server with 4 instances on it and want to
know if we should halt deployment of VMs until Windows Server 2008 comes out.
