64 bit OS

Hello all

I am very new to VS 2005, my question is can i setup the 2005 VS running 64
bit 2003 R2? I ask because i want to create an Exchange 2007 VS and a 64 bit
SQL 2005 VS.

I am assuming that if i need to create 64 bit Virtual servers, that the host
of needs to be 64 bit as well?

Also i was thinking for the host server to support Exchange 2007 and SQL
2005, I would setup the host server with 2 raid 1's and 1 raid 10. The raid
10 would contain 6 drives. When i setup my VS must i use the same raid setup
that the host OS uses, and how would i allocate disk space to each VS?

lastly memory I was thinking that the host server would run with 12 gigs of
ram, i would then give the exchange server 5 gigs and the SQL server 4 gigs
leaving 3 gigs for the host OS. Does this make sence?

Thanks very much for any help
