I am implementing VS2k5 for use as web serves in a DMZ. There is no
DC all of the machines are part of a workgroup. I use the manager
console to store the ISO image files that I use to setup the
machines. When I try to add the manager to the search path I get that
access is denied. I am using local access instead of constrained
delegation due to not having a DC. Is there a way to get the search
added to each server as well as being able to administer the VM's from
the management console.

You can administer all the consoles from the Microsoft Virtual Server Web
Site, but the problem here is that i dont think you can add the path for all
your ISO locations.

For example C:\Support\iso etc.., it all point to the default location of
c:\program files\microsoft virtual server\Virtual Machine Additions.

Is there a problem promoting your 'manager' system to a DMZ DC? That
would make more than just Virtual Server more easily managable.
