how to connect VS by Remote Desktop Connection?

I setup a VM of Win2003 Server on Virtual Server and enable Remote Control.
The Virtual Server runs on Win2003 Domain Controller.
When I connect to Domain Controller by Remote Desktop Connection and run the
Virtual Server Administration Page, It cannot show up. How to fix it?
