VSMT Automate IDE to SCSI VHD conversion?

Hi All,
I'm using VSMT to convert 2000/2003 Servers into VM's.
Most of the servers have IDE drives, and I'm wondering if there is a way to
make converting the IDE drive to a SCSI VHD an automatic part of the
migration process?
Has anyone ever tried this?
BTW, I'm using Virtual Server Enterprise R2 on Windows 2003 R2 SP as the
VS/ADS/VMST machine.
