I can't deploy production version Exchange 2007 in the Virtual Server R2,
because it isn't support 64-bit guests..

What i should do, migrate my virtual servers to Vmware Server?

you can use for Test- and Developmentenvironment the x86 Version of Exchange
2007 with Virtual Server.
For x64-bit guests could you wait for Windows Server Virtualization.
