Not exactly sure what's going on. managed to install VS 2005 on Vista RTM.
Running IE as Admin and can connect to the adminitration site. However, when
i try and add a VMC to the console I receive an error, machine cannot be
added, you do have suffiecient rights. I've checked the security permissions
on the files, all seems ok. What gives?

None of these issued where present on the RC versions of Vista.

Sorry for wasting space... nevermind. Seems that only one account can add
VMs to the server, the built-in Admin account. Even though the other account
is a member of the Administrators group, it is not receiving the permissions
to perform functions in the VS admin site. To connect I had to grant express
permission to the account, but allowing permision to add VMs seems to be a
special permission that i have not yet figured out how to grant.

My Domain user account that is a member of the Administrators group can add
Virtual Machines to VS 2005 under Vista.

Not sure exactly why you can't, but verify that your account has at least
Modify permission to the folder where the VS configuration files are. To
add a VM, you need to be able to create a new folder in that location.
