VSMT Problem: Capture script skipping partitions on physical system

Message:

I'm migrating a few win2k boxes to a virtual environment and have
successfully migrated two systems thus far using VSMT. I've got the
hang of the process, but my third box is giving me some problems.

It's a win2k sp4 install. The system had dynamic disks (2 disks
configured as RAID1 through the OS). I broke the mirror, reformatted
one of the disks and cloned the disk over to the newly formatted disk
which I left as a basic disk. The drive geometry after the clone was as
follows:
Partition1(C:), 1 GB (System) NTFS (was originally FAT16)
Partition2(D:), 4 GB (Boot) NTFS
Partition3 (J:) 80GB (Data) NTFS

The physical system boots and operates fine.

When I run hardware validation, I don't get any errors. However, when I
run the capture the scripts generated skip partitions 2 and 3. The
capture grabs an image of partition 1 and that's it. I Obviously I'd
would like to image all the partitions.

Anyone have any ideas?
