I installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 Beta 1 on a machine, and in the
"recent events" it mentions that "The trial license will expire in 225
days."

I assume that final application of SP1 when released will eliminate the
deadline? Can someone speak to this minor worry?

You're probably better off asking this in the Beta newsgroup
specifically for VSR2 SP1 beta issues.

If history is any indication, Microsoft has always released an update or
the RTM/GA version before the most recent beta has expired.
