I have a couple of VS setup, working well. They are both using the same
physcial NIC. I can access both of them fine, through multiple means. What I
cannot do is access one from the other. I can't even ping the other. Timed
out. DNS works fine. The VS are clustered and if I fail it over to the other
physical server, I can ping and access fine. It seems that the outgoing from
one server can't loop back into the same NIC. Help!!! :)

The firewall isn't running. The VS are on the same subnet. I can TS into both
from the other physical server. Both can surf the Internet. They just can't
communicate with each other while running on the same box. Any suggestions? :)

Hard to help without a little more details.

DOS Prompt, IP Config and what do you have on each machine?
Default gateways set?
They using the same network addresses as the Host machine? Static or
dynamic? If static what are they set to and what is the address of the Host
NIC?
Can they ping outside the host to another machine on the network?
Can they ping their loopback address?
How many NICs are on the host machine? If more then 1 are you sure you have
them connected to the NIC you think you do?
Move them to the same internal network, does the problem follow?
Are the NICs disabled in the virtual machines?

I think you should add a virtual networkadapter attached to the internal network. The attachment to the NIC of the host machine is supposed to connect te 'real' network outside of the host.
