Installing Vista RC1 on virtual Server R2SP1B2 is unbelievably slow

Host: Windows XP all updated

Guest: Vista RC1



Time to install and start for the first time, 4 to 5 hours.



Then to start again and to install the vm additions in it (unknown, have not
installed yet, it has been an hour, and everything is unbelievably slow.)



in vmware server is 30 minutes max end to end
