Message:You are getting the reason of shutdown, because the Guest OS did not
shutdown gracefully!!!! A normal graceful shutdown does not display
this! I suspect the host OS is not waiting long enough for the "virtual
server" service to shutdown the guest OS.

net stop "virtual server"
This line when execute on shutdown of the host OS, causes the system to
wait for the "virtual server" service to shutdown the Guest OS before
the host OS finishes shutting down.
