ISP hosting with Virtual Server

I designed and tested a web site using Virtual PC hosting Window Server 2003.
I would like to move it to an ISP with fast bandwidth. Is it as easy as
copying my .vhd and/or .vmc files to the ISP?

I've searched for an ISP that uses Virtual Server, but I can't find one.
Does
anyone know of a list of ISPs that use Virtual Server?

It is almost as easy as that yes, there are differences however to
networking set up between VPC and VS so you're probably best off copying just
your vhd and rebuild a new vmc, shouldn't take more than a minute anyway.

As far as I know only Amazon is provding sort of a virtual environment ISP
hosting set up, but it runs it on XenSource. Not sure if that will accept the
vhd.
If not why not look for a co location to place a machine of your own? No,m I
am not aware of your budget constraints :)

I must be missing the point of what Virtual Server is for. I thought the
main purpose would be for what I want to do... just pick up my .vhd file and
drop it on an ISP server somewhere. In addition, I would like the ability to
change my ISP at the drop of a hat.

It seems like a perfect solution to a common problem. Do I have the wrong
idea about Virtual Server?

It's not a bad idea, but I don't think it's really caught on in the
