VS and PXE boot

I am trying to get an XP SP2 virtual machine to PXE boot to a virtual server.
The PXE etc is all configured and works very well on a device that has no OS
installed however when I try to PXE boot to a device that already has an OS
things flop. The OS continually boots and I cant get the PXE initiated. On
a "real" device one uses the F12 keystoke to activate PXE. Anyone know what
it is in VS R2?

Resolved... PXE boot is set to last opiton in the Bios in the VM's.....
change order and voila!!
