The issue which was with VS from the beginning has not been fixed:

The service principal names for Virtual Server could not be registered.
Constrained delegation cannot be used until the SPNs have been registered
manually. Error 0x8007054b - The specified domain either does not exist or
could not be contacted.

XP/2003-64-bit but domain controller is NT4.

Have to change logon for Virtual Server service from Network Service to
Local System.
Hopefully SP1 beta-2 will not remove Virtual Machine Helper service after
that. I didn't reboot yet :-))

for me the most important feature was: vhdmount, but I tested it today on
both vista and XP SP2, and on both machines it was buggy. every time I
mounted or plugged in a VHD, I had to go to device manager and reapply the
driver, even though it was loaded for an other (also mounted) VHD.
When I do this it works like a charm though, and it will save me heaps of
time.

It's mentioned that MS Virtual Server SP 1 Beta 2 supports Volume Shadow Copy. How is this performed? Do we have to use vb script to perform backup? is there a tool to automatically do that? Can we use windows backup utility?
