Can"t Start Single VM - Error: server "could not be started because there is not enough physical memory or system resources available"

Hi,

I've seen the existing few threads about this issue, but I do not have
a CD burner service running, and I can't find a boot.ini file to take
out the "/3G" switch as mentioned in other posts. I've searched
including MSDN with no luck.

I just installed VM2005 and can open the Administration page, but
cannot turn on my single VM because I get this error:

"could not be started because there is not enough physical memory or
system resources available"

I have nothing else running and have plenty of resources. I can find
NO ANSWER anywhere other than the two things already mentioned above.
My operating system is XP Professional and my VM is Windows Server
2003.

I'm desperate to get this working...PLEASE any help greatly
appreciated!!!

Kat
