"No reply from a server" at deploy image stage of VSMT

Message:

I am just starting out with the Virtual Server Migration Toolkit and am
testing on one of our servers. I'm following the steps in the User Guide.

Setup:

I have Virtual Server 2005 R2 installed on a server. Due to lack of spare
servers I have installed W2003 Ent in a virtual server on this box and
installed ADS and VSMT on this virtual server.

Apart from a few niggly problems I have got on OK so far.

I've managed to get as far as Step 11: Deploy the image

When the newly created virtual server boots it runs the RIS boot disk to try
to deploy the image but I keep getting a message "No reply from a server" at
the DHCP boot screen.

I've seen references to this for RIS, when the RIS server has multiple nics
but this is not the case here.

If I check our DHCP server, the mac address for the virtual server does
appear so it looks like the virtual server is getting an IP address but is
failing at the next step.

Any advice ?

Thanks
