I have a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine that is part of a Domain. I want to run
Virtual Server 2005 with two guest machines running Server 2003. I am able
to get the guest machines to see the internet via a wired connection, but not
a wireless connection. How would I setup my machine to have the guest
machines access the internet via their loopback adapter and have that traffic
routed out via the XP network connection. Before someone brings up ICS, it
does not work when the machine is on a domain. Is this something that is
even possible with my current configuration? If not how can I setup the
guest machines to work with a WEP or WPA encrypted wireless signal?

There are limitations when using wireless networks with virtual
machines. This is a known issue and there is really no way around it if your

ICS is a fairly basic tool and has no place in a domain setup. You could
try using third party NAT software on the host, but I wouldn't go that way.
Another workaround would be to put the vms in their own IP subnet and use IP
routing on the host between the two subnets. This would be a bit harder than
using NAT because it would require extra routing on the physical network to
get the vm traffic to the XP router.
