Hi there,

I have a vhd file created on Windows XP Pro SP2 with virtual server 2005.
When I move the file to Windows Server 2003 running virtual server 2005 R2
and start the machine, I get blue screen and keeps on restarting itself. It
works fine if i run the copy on windows xp.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

They are in different hard drive. I solved the problem by upgrading Virtual
Server 2005 to Virtual Server 2005 R2 and created vmc file with different
name than vhd file and it works. However, the performance is not good.
