Error after upgrading to sp1 beta

I have a pentium 1.6ghz with 512Meg ram running xpsp2. I configured a
2003sp1 virtual server and it was running with significant performance
issues. I then upgraded to virtual server 2005 sp1 which is in beta and now
I am getting the error
""Windows 2003 Enterprise" could not be restored because of a host processor
type mismatch."
Anyone ever seen this before?

If I'm reading this right, it sounds like you saved state on the VM before
the upgrade, rather than shutting the VM down. you can try changing the
name of the .vsv file to something else and then powering on the VM. If it
works, delete the file you renamed and everything should be working.
