2 logical processors, however only one utilized

Hi

I have an older Xeon processor with HT technology enabled and Virtual Server
2005 R2 Enterprice. Virtual Server reports the following information about
the processor:

Physical processors: 1
Logical processors: 2
Processor speed: 2.7 GHz
Processor type: Intel Xeon class
Processor version: x86 F15 M2 S7
Processor features: MMX, SSE2

That's all as expected, however under "Ressource Allocation" it will only
allow me to reserve capasity of one logical CPU.

Reserved Capasity (% of one CPU): 40%
Reserved Capasity (% of system): 40% (Shoud be 20%)

All serveres are taking resources from the first logical CPU allowing only
50% utilization of the physical CPU.

Any ideas why that is?

Thank you
