R6025 - virtual function error when shutting down Win2K3?

Hi,

Now that I'm trying to switch to Virtual Server, I seem to be running
into a number of problems :(!

When I shutdown my machine (Win2K3 Server SP1), after installing
Virtual Server 2005 R2, I am seeing an "R6025 - virtual function call"
error. Also, instead of saving any VMs that are running, they are all
turned off.

If I start the machine, and don't do anything with the VMs, then
shutdown, I don't get this error.

Does anyone know why I'm getting this R6025 error and how to prevent
it? Also, I think this may be related, but how do I get Virtual Server
to save all my VMs when I shutdown Win2K3?
