Don"t know how to get connectivity from virtual image

Hi all,

I am totally new to virtualserver and surfed the group yet but still
don't know what to do!
Here is the problem:

I installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 on Windows XP Professional. I
created a new virtual machine and installed Win XP Professional on it.
I copied two VMs and added them to my server. I don't know how to get
connectivity on the VMs!

I have the per default Virtual Networks
1.) External Network (Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller)
2.) Internal Network

I tried both as network adapters, both do not work. I cannot even
access my local system, nor the LAN of the company.

In my LAN Connection on the VMs I get No Connectivity.

What shall I do?

If the VM's come from another machine or from VPC I think they lost
connection fromthe virtual switch: check underthe properties of the VM the
option network, whether this is set to an option that is valid. (check
wether they are connected in the first place. (there you can change the MAC
addresses of the machines too, so no need to go through creating a whole new
VMC file for just that. Maybe you should set the MAC address of the VM to be
created every time it boots.
