Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support
personnel".

My UserId has admin rights so I don't think that access rights are the
problem.
Logged under the local admin account and tried again. Same error.

I tried on un Lap top with windows Xp and all is OK. Why?

I need help please
