Additional SCSI controllers for clustering

I've read posts from others that elude to the fact that in order to get
additional drives on the cluster you need to add an additional scsi
controller. I am one of those having the problems of trying to do this and
not having the option to choose a SCSI id other than 6 or 7. (Which are in
use on the two nodes)...

Any clue?

additional drives to the existing SCSI controllers, and I can't even add new
scsi controllers to the servers...

cluster for DR testing purposes but I can't add any shared storage other than
the quorum. I've been looking pretty hard today for an answer as to whether
this can be done or not. I have the cluster up and running just fine, I'm

Is it me, or does it go against normal scsi logic... In a normal pc, two
controllers cannot hav e the same id #...right?
