Unable to login to a new virtual server.

I have just created my first virtual server and I cannot login.

I built a WS2K3 virtual server on a WS2K3 host, both with SP1. The virtual
server 2005 is enterprise edition R2.

The virtual server boots up but I can't get the server to recognize the
HOST+delete to login.

It goes to screen saver and I can switch it back to the CTRL-ALT-DEL dialog
with a mouse movement but after that nothing works.

It's as if the keyboard is not recognized.

I also cannot do the VM Additions. The process will not start!

Furthermore, I could not create a virtual server with the Longhorn Beta. I
cannot get past an initial multicolored screen which appears at the start of
the DVD bootup.

Maybe you've tried this not sure, but when you are looking at the
remote console screen in the upper right there is the 'remote control'
menu, under 'special keys' there is an option to 'send ctrl+alt+del'
which should active so you can logon.

Thanks for the pointer. That does work although it seems that the right-alt
and delete should do the same thing. So now I am getting farther but I am
having difficulty with the VM Additions too. Maybe now I can get them added
and things will get better. More to come...
