ADAM instance averages 100% utilization on Virtual Server

Has anyone had issues running ADAM on Virtual Server R2? Currently have
three Win2k3 Virtual Server sessions each running a single ADAM instance as
replica partners and each session is running at 100% utilization. All other
VS applications are functioning correctly and server is sized to accomadate
load.

Also provided additional processor utilization for one of the servers to
determine if if processor allocation fixes the issue but it did not becasue
server returned to 100% utilization. Thanks.
