I suppose Virtual Server 2005 R2 requires you to have administrative rights
on the machine running VS R2 to access a virtual machine either through the
browser or VMRC client. This is a problem if I need to administer a machine
with a large number of users requiring access to the service.

I was wondering whether the product could instead expect members to be added
to a security group say "Virtual Server Administrators" instead of adding all
users to the local administrators group.

Let me know if I am wrong here.

I run as normal user and access Virtual Machines as non-admin all the time,
even remotely.
