I would like to install WIN 95 on to VPC 7.

I have a WIN 95b disc but I guess that it is not bootable. I also have found
the
Win95bbootdisc.exe on the internet which I have downloaded as a file on my
MAC.

What I need is the the exact steps I do to get the thing loaded starting
from the black screen that says ...load bootable CD.Then A:

Capture the bootdisk image with the virtual floppy drive. Reboot and when
the files are finished loading from the bootdisk image (the A: prompt
returns), type FDISK [return]. Accept the defaults and when prompted
reboot. At the A: prompt type FORMAT C:. After formatting is complete,
change to the Windows 95 cd and type SETUP.

Sounds like it's compressed... you need to get all of the files within
the archive onto a floppy disk image first.

Also, make sure you copy the Win95 directory from teh cd to a
directory on the VM's c: drive, like C:\win95, then run setup from
c:\win95 and not from the cd-rom. If you try and run setup from the
cd-rom you'll run into an installation problem where Windows needs
access to the cd, but it hasn't loaded the necessary drivers to access
it yet. Copying and running setup from the C: bypasses this problem.
